Timothy Hyland | president, National Director of Sales and marketing
Timothy M. Hyland serves as National Director of Sales and Marketing for all institutional and retail sales. Tim also serves as a Manager of Boyd Watterson Asset Management. Tim joined predecessor company Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. in 1994 as Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager. Prior to joining the company, Tim held the position of Senior Vice President with McDonald & Co. Securities, Inc. since 1990. Tim joined McDonald & Co. in 1985 as an Associate Vice President and was elected to the company’s Presidents’ Council for top producers in 1989. He began his career as an Account Executive with Smith Barney Harris & Upham in 1982 and holds a BS from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Michael Bee | executive vice president, Institutional sales
Michael E. Bee serves as an Executive Vice President for the Institutional Sales division. He also serves as a Manager of Boyd Watterson Asset Management. Michael joined Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. (Boyd Watterson's predecessor company) as a research associate in 1990. Michael has served in many roles between the company's offices in Cleveland and Chicago, including senior investment strategist and large-cap equity and fixed income portfolio manager. Prior to joining the company, Michael was a senior financial analyst within the Corporate Trust Division of the Northern Trust Company in Chicago. Michael holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a BS, in Economics, from DePaul University. He is also a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and serves on the Investment Committee of the Laurel School for Girls.
Terrence Doyle | Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales and Client Services
Terrence P. Doyle is a Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales and Client Servicing. Terry joined Boyd Watterson Asset Management in 2016. Prior to joining the company, Terry was a Director and Product Specialist at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. Terry has also served as a Director at Equitable Life, and as an Investment Broker for the firms Caldwell Banker, Cushman & Wakefield, and B&K. Terry holds a BA from Michigan State University.
john frady | Senior Vice President, Client Portfolio Manager
John Frady is a Senior Vice President, Client Portfolio Manager based in Tampa, FL. John joined Boyd Watterson in 2018. Prior to joining the company, John was an investment consultant at CapTrust Advisors where he provided consulting services to Taft-Hartley funds, foundations, endowments, and insurance entities. In 2018, John was named one of the National Association of Plan Advisors “Young Guns” Top Advisors under 40. John holds a BS with majors in finance and real estate and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Florida State University.
Megan Soeder | Vice President, director of marketing
Megan M. Soeder serves as Director of Marketing and focuses on institutional sales development. She joined Boyd Watterson Asset Management in 2006 and has held the positions of client service administrator and administrative assistant. Megan is currently finishing her BA from Cleveland State University.
Deborah Leet | Vice President, Senior Marketing Associate
Deborah J. Leet is a Senior Marketing Associate focusing on institutional sales development. Debbie joined Duff & Phelps, the predecessor of Boyd Watterson Asset Management, in 1994. Prior to joining the company, Debbie served as Sales Associate and Trader at McDonald & Co. Securities, Inc.
Amanda Macko | assistant vice president, investor relations
Amanda M. Macko focuses on Fund Operations. Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in 2013, Amanda was an investment operations associate at Northwestern Mutual, Northern Ohio. She holds a BA from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Ursuline College.
Ryan willis | Institutional Sales Support
Ryan T. Willis focuses on institutional sales development. Prior to joining the company, Ryan served as a Venture Analyst and Business Analyst for SteelBridge Labs and Consulting in Pittsburgh, PA, where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and interfacing with brokers and company executives to close deals. For the Consultancy, he specialized in the analysis and documentation of business requirements and processes. Ryan also specialized in other consulting services for implementations and process optimizations for alternative investment clients. Ryan holds a BS in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
