The Opportunity

Our Administrative team is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant for our headquarters located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.   This employee will report to the Chief Financial Officer in the Cleveland office. They will perform a variety of administrative tasks including greeting guests both in-person and over the telephone, client service and general office maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen calls; direct calls to the appropriate person or department

  • Welcome, announce and direct guests

  • Receive couriers and deliveries

  • Support coworkers with general administrative tasks

  • Maintain office calendars coordinate conference room schedule and meetings

  • Maintain sufficient office and kitchen supplies; ordering and managing inventory

  • General office maintenance including keeping reception area and conference rooms neat and tidy

  • Maintain office machines

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years clerical or administrative work experience (preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software

  • Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette

  • Ability to maintain a prompt and reliable work schedule

  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff as well as outside clients, consultants, etc.
